What is a rolling shutter motor

Before we understand the motor of the rolling shutter door, we need to know what is the electric rolling shutter door. Electric curtain door is an electromagnetic device to transfer electric energy according to electromagnetic induction. Its function is to control the automatic rise and fall of the curtain door, so as to achieve our anti-theft function. It is very convenient. Magnetic induction can not only be used as a curtain door, but also can use heat and water energy to drive the generator rotor to generate electricity.
Electric curtain door motor has more than one kind. According to its structure and working principle, it can be divided into DC motor, asynchronous motor and synchronous motor. Synchronous motor can be divided into permanent magnet synchronous motor, reluctance synchronous motor and hysteresis synchronous motor; asynchronous motor can be divided into induction motor and AC commutator motor. The rotor speed of asynchronous motor is always slightly lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor speed of the synchronous motor is always synchronous speed regardless of the load.
According to the running speed, it can be divided into high-speed motor, low-speed motor, constant-speed motor and speed-regulating motor. Low-speed motors are divided into gear reduction motor, electromagnetic reduction motor, torque motor and claw pole synchronous motor, etc. Speed-regulating motor can be divided into stepless constant-speed motor, stepless constant-speed motor, stepless variable-speed motor and stepless variable-speed motor, but also into electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, DC speed-regulating motor. Motor, PWM variable frequency speed regulating motor and switched reluctance speed regulating motor.
Installation of electric curtain door motor must be installed and maintained by professionals, and must be well grounded, otherwise there will be leakage phenomenon. When the motor of rolling shutter is running, it must not stand under the door or be in the same trade. There must be no obstacles. Regular inspection of the motor can ensure that there is no abnormal sound and smooth operation. Otherwise, it will easily cause personal safety and affect the service life of rolling shutter.
The working environment of the rolling shutter motor must be between - 25 and 55 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is about 90% (25 degrees Celsius). Before installing the curtain door motor, the locking screw of the limit mechanism should be loosened, and then the ring chain should be pulled to let the curtain leave the ground about one meter, then try it out, press up and down and stop to see if it is sensitive and reliable, if it is normal, the curtain can be raised or lowered.
Back rotation limit screw sleeve: adjust to touch the micro-switch roller: after hearing the sound of "drip-up": tighten the locking screw; then carry on repeated debugging, after reaching the optimal position, tighten the locking screw with the finger to tighten the door rolling machine horizontally, the curtain scroll should be horizontal and concentric, and there is no phenomenon of stagnation and clamping. Adjusting the sag of the chain should be adjusted without hanging the curtain money on the rotating shaft, about 0.6-1 cm. The power supply outside the curtain door should be exposed as little as possible.
The click of electric curtain door only needs to operate the switch button to open and close. When the curtain door is in place, it will stop automatically to meet the standard. If you need to stay in the middle, you can press the stop button at any time. Another advantage of electric curtain rolling is that the motor of the curtain door can be operated manually in the case of power failure, killing the curtain rising slowly by pulling and closing the ring chain.
